Here you have a Signode PFH strapping tensioner. It will take 3/4' up to 1 1/4" Steel strapping. It is in used but not abused condition. Guaranteed to go to work for you. Out of a Blacksmith shop where it did more sitting around than anything else. It will clean up and look like new. Has dust and grease on it but it is not hurt even a little bit, heavy brass construction. If you want a new one go to Grainger web site and look for the 3XG92 model, this is the same one. it is Signode PFH, you can get it new there for $924.00 but now sure why you would want to do that, this one is a bargain at $375.00 but if you don't like that, make me an offer.
