Sousvide Supreme vacuum sealer. Not exactly sure how these are supposed to work. But the vacuum/seal button on it only does the vacuum part. Not sure if that is normal? In any event, you just hit the sealer button when the item is done being vacuumed. This actually works better as you have more control over how much of a vacuum you create around the item being sealed. For instance, if you are sealing a delicate fish filet, you really do not want a hard vacuum that would damage the fish. Lightly used condition showing minor signs of use. Very easy to use. The eprom is good and the program can be accessed. DTAM seems to work OK. If you are familiar with Allen Bradley PLC's, you can fix this. The infeed electrical cabinet has a broken relay socket which would be easy to replace. One of the rubber rollers the film feeds around has turned gummy and should be replaced. The sealer infeed vacuum belt also needs to be replaced. But the belt around the seal bar looks OK. The HS-4 has a static bottom seal and hot wire end seal. Speed is up to 180 packages ... moreper minute depending upon package size.
