Up for bid is a brass strapping or banding tool. I know nothing about this tool. It belonged to my grandfather and was in his work shop forever. It seems to work when you lift the handle and bring it down. It clicks and the wheel turns. The tool is mostly brass(tested with magnet) except for the screws, wheel and lever. It has a#2 shown in picture#1, upper left, but that is the only marking. It appears to be complete. Please email me if you have questions. The tool measures 9" long, 3 1/4" high, and 3" wide.
