Used but very good condition. This strapper is about eight years old. But was very low volume. I only bought 3-4 rolls of strapping material the whole time I was using the machine. The partial roll that is ON the machine is well over 1/2 full. It came with some extra parts, including a heating element that melts the strap together, and those spare parts that came with it are still in the machine as I've never needed them.
