Also, there is a fold out, copyright 1966, The SJ-Series Spoonplug" discusses the basic sucesses of fishing with the SJ Series. The display is 6-1/4" accross the front x 5-1/4" width to the back x 1-1/4" thick. In very good condition. The booklets are placed on the top and the whole 5 pak box is covered by a plastic top that is 5/8" deep. A really interesting and nicely organized fisherman's collectable.

H ere is a clean and scarce all-cardboard box for a Buck Perry Spoonplug. Box is marked for Buck's Baits. Hickory, N.C. and would be one of the earlier boxes these famous lures were sold in. Box is about 6 inches long and comes with a nice folded instruction booklet on'Spoonplugging' for bass the way old Buck did it. There is no legible endstamp or number so I cant determine what size/color it would have held. Not many of these boxes still around, although there seem to be plenty of lures. Photos show condition.
