The John Meyer of Lowell Mass spool has a coarse thread(early 1900s) Kilburn Mills of New Bedford Mass- 1904 Corticelli Belding 2 Kismet Industrial Spools. The wooden spools are a little dusty and vintage aged. The edges have a few gouges and show normal wear for usage and its vintage age.

This is a Rare Antique Hatting Meyer Warne Silverplate Pitcher. Found a few called Important and Sublime but this one has a roman Romance Theme on the surface. And is Hand Chased. Unsure of the exact age but would guess it to be Victorian in age, many claimed the date 1880 but we are unsure. It has very dark tarnish from age on the surface. It is 12" tall including the handle, and the belly is 6 1/2" in Diameter. The condition is good with signs of wear, has a dent on the front but is not easy to notice or get photo of, also some scuffs were the monogram would be. It is not monogrammed. DESCRIPTION Up for sale is a very early baritone or bass saxophone mouthpiece. I had hoped this was a Meyer but after taking closeup pictures. It is clearly engraved Geo. M. Bundy which I believe dates it back to the 1920s or 30s! This mpc is a faded brown color which I believe indicates it's hard rubber! Has two double bands at the base. No damage or repairs. It could use a cleaning. Measures 5-5/8" in length which should determine is in fact it's a bari or bass mpc. I'm starting the bidding low with no reserve. Someone may get a great deal! Vietnam War US Army Officer LARGE Hat or Uniform Eagle Badge insignia NS Meyer
You are bidding on: A 1960's VINTAGE N.S. MEYER US ARMED FORCES OFFICER'S INSIGNIA LAPEL OR HAT PIN. LARGER SIZE, GOLD TONE THREE-PRONG AMERICAN EAGLE. This is a very cool piece. no date of manufacture. But stamped on the back by"N.S. Meyer, Inc. New York" with raised shield and"9m" which dates this piece from mid-1950's to mid-1960s(The Meyer hallmarks are pretty easy to research online) so it's definitely Vietnam War era, although I have no idea who it belonged to or where it traveled. Measures about 2 3/8 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches wingspan. Pin has three prongs on back, large middle prong uses screw-down back(included) but two smaller prongs need standard pin backs. Only markings are on the table of this mouthpiece. There are no single or double bands. No Meyer on top of the piece and no NewYork or made in the USA. Round chamber and baffle look like the early NewYork model. No flaws. It's a loud piece. It has more projection than my 7* Link metal piece. Description This auction is for this very nice 588th Combat Engineer Battalion Army Crest PinBack from the VietNam War. This pinback measures 1-1/16" wide by 1-1/8" high. The pin is in very nice shape but it could use a good cleaning. My research indicates that this crest was originally approved for the 388th Engineer General Service Regiment on March 16. 1943 while the unit was stationed in Canada, and includes the following symbolism: Scarlet and white are the colors of the Corps of Engineers. The wavy diagonal division of the shield represents the rivers crossed with the black line the oil of the pipeline. The cost is the heraldic representation of the scarf of a military commander and stands for the pipe handled by the organization in constructing and maintaining the road through the Canadian wilderness. The ptarmigan symbolizes ... morethe area where the battalion served. The silver spruce tree is a symbol of the spruce forests found in the Canadian wilderness. With the silver color representing the snow upon them. The words"HIC ET UBIQUE" are the unit's motto- it means Here and Everywhere. On the back of the pin is marked N. S. Meyer Inc. New York. Under that there is the N. S. Meyer shield and 22M raised. I am neither a collector of militaria nor an expert in the field.
