It is a medium chambered mouthpiece. I don't have the tip measurement as the mouthpiece had been worked on by Bob, but I play a 5M so it shouldn't be far from a 5 if not right at a 5. The piece plays beautifully and has that wonderful NY Meyer sound. There are tooth wear marks on the piece as shown in the pictures. The piece is sold as-is with no returns. This listing is for a vintage USED Meyer New York 4M tenor sax mouthpiece with a Selmer Paris ligature and metal cap. It is in good condition. Looks like it's made of hard rubber. Not sure of the age. 4 facing with a medium chamber. The mouthpiece has teeth scratches and indentation and discoloration. The rail and tip are clean but there is some wear on the tip(look at the picture) No chunks taken out. We have not attempted to clean it up. It could definitely use one. You are bidding on a Vintage Exakta Varex IIa Thagee Dresden Camera. It comes with a Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Domiplan 2.8/50 Lense. It also comes with its original case that says Thagee on the front and says Made in West-Germany on the back. The case does have some damage to it(see photo) We are not camera experts so we don't know how to work this camera. It appears that the shutter may not work. We are not sure.
