We think that this is a Union Tool Company square head 45 degree protractor. But it is not marked and was stored in a Starrett protractor box so not positive. Appears to be missing gripper knob? 4 1/4" long, 3 3/4" tall. Level liquid looks to be fine with bubble still floating inside. This came out of a small one-man working machinist's shop.
