It was in perfect working condition and recently suffered an accident on the job when it fell off a tripod. The laser suffered some cracks on the plastic and in the battery compartment, after it fell the service light light lit up on the laser. It's being sold as-is as-described. The carrying case is also included and also has some cracks on it. One hinge side is cracked and there are random cracks around the case.
