This is a very. Very old school geography map.a Eliza Palmer of Thorndike, Maine wrote her name on the inside in 1848.the paper rag paper. The maps are in wonderful color.the pages are worn, some holes. Some mending with tape. But here is a map that was used by Eliza when Oregon territory, missouri territory, Wisconsin territory, when California was an unexplored region. It is obvious that the book was mended at one time by putting fabric over the spine, and some of the pages were then inserted upside down.if only the pages could talk! Feel fr ee to email questions.

SP and AHL shield logo on reverse hem. Fight strap intact. Comes with a letter of authenticity on Falcons letterhead. Most likely a recycled 2000-01 and/or 2001-02 jersey, as evidenced by a patch remnant visible on right breast area. Outline of an alternate captain’s“A” is also apparent on the left breast. Also, there is evidence of a nameplate change. Matt Elich wore#22 for the Falcons in 2001-02, as did Craig Mills in 2000-01. Pratt refers to William Pratt of Lane Delph. Who is credited with making the first examples of this type. They were made in Fenton, Staffordshire, England. The jar lid has three scenes of chariots. Charles Pratt(1830-1891) was a pioneer in the early U.S. petroleum industry. Recognizing the potential of replacing whale oil with petroleum distillates for lighting purposes. He invested in a kerosene refinery in Brooklyn, New York that he called Astral Oil Works. He met Henry H. Rogers and Charles Ellis and purchased their their small venture, Wamsutta Oil Refinery, located in McClintocksville near Oil City in Venango County Pennsylvania, which was in the midst of an oil boom following the successful completion of Drake's well along Oil Creek in 1859. Pratt invited Henry Rogers into his business, forming Charles Pratt and Company in 1867. In the early 1870s, Pratt and Rogers, along with other ... moreindependent producers and refiners, led the opposition to John D. Rockefeller's infamous South Improvement Co, which obtained favorable shipping rates from the Pennsylvania Railroad through a secret system of rebates. C. 1850 was originally part of a complete children's toy tea service. The little covered box stands 4-1/2” tall on a raised pedestal base. It measures 4” across the widest part of the body. The rim is gently scalloped, and it has a gorgeous bud finial and press moulded handle shaped like a twig. The second handle is missing, as shown in the detail photos. The central image. Which repeats on each side of the piece, was transfer printed and elaborately hand detailed in blue, green, red, and brown, a rare process in these early children's wares. In 1841, Prince Albert Edward, the Prince of Wales, was born. He later became Kind Edward VII. The pattern name is“Windsor” The jug was made by F.R.Pratt& Co. in the Staffordshire region of England. C.1850. The pattern is quite rare, representing an exceptional piece of Royal history. The sugar is in very good condition except for its missing handle. An inner rim nibble and no other chips or cracks. Mild discoloration on the foot. A perfect candidate for professional restoration. The pot is finely made. The can is just under 2-1/2“ across and about 3-½“ high. Writing on the label includes“Elmira” an address on Baldwin Street, just visible“Sayles and Pratt” some is cut off) and the Queen City info. The label is very darkened and yellowed and has various dark brown spots and splotches. The bottom edge is missing bits of paper. Mostly on one side but teeny bits all around. Paper is also flaked off along one side along the length of the seam area. The upper edge cuts off a bit of the writing from the opening of the seal. Pratt Ware plate is just over 8.5" in diameter. It features a European scene with 2 men enjoying some bread and drink in the corner of a courtyard. There are no chips. Cracks or stains. However, the glaze is crazed(fine lines in the surface glaze) and the green is quite worn. I try to ship within 1 day of clearing of payment or the weekend. English Leeds Pearlware Child's Miniature Tea Bowl Cup FLOWER BASKET Staffordshire c. 1790 This striking childs doll size miniature handleless cup or tea bowl. The tiny Chinese shaped cup stands stands 1 1/4" tall and measures 2 1/8” across the top rim. Hand decorated inside and out. With high temperature Pratt enamel colors of olive green, cobalt blue, ochre and brown, polychrome hand painted decoration on creamy earthenware. Brown and ochre slip outline one inner and outer edge. The exterior is encircled with a squiggle and 4 interspersed sprig flowers. And the interior is painted with an oversized flower basket overflowing with tall flowers. Finished with pearlware glaze. An outstanding example of late 18th or early 19th century folk art. A minor smudge of the paint and other very minor imperfections from the making, adding to the authenticity of the piece and mentioned just to be picky.
