Drive Unit PVK, and Prthograph C40: This is a used Mahr Perthometer surface roughness measuring set. There are no gauge heads included with this lot. It comes with the AC adapters and what appears to be all cables. This Mahr set appears to be in good condition. The Perthograph was powered on and appears to be working as it should but without the head it just leaves a straight line on the paper. The Drive unit also powered on and appears to be working as it did effect the Perthograph when the red button was depressed. The Perthometer does not power on but may be a simple fix. the wording on this barometer is german. it is a carved wooden plaque. the base of the plaque has a chip out of it as you can see in the picture. the dial has a stain spot on the right sdie of the dial in the picture also. the german words are sturm. Veranderlich, and bestanding. there is a thermometer gauge at the top but i think it had a glass covering at one time but now it is just the thermometer. still works. the gauge is 3 1/2 in. wide. the whole thing is 16 in, long and 7 1/2 in. wide.

CARL MAHR DISC FLANGE METRIC MICROMETER 0-20 MM
Carl Mahr disc/flange type 0-20mm metric micrometer. This high quality tool has some engravings. It has the initials HFM etched fairly lightly and WA2 d engraved a bit more aggressively. The factory markings on this mic are Carl Mahr. Esslingen a.N. 78024, 1/100 mm and 0-20mm. Aside from the engravings, some normal scuffing and some staining on the polished surfaces I don't see any real issues with this micrometer. The scale is clear, the spindle lock works well and the ratchet works well. It zero's nicely when closed and I can't see any light through the anvil faces when closed. These faces are about 24.9mm in diameter. This micrometer appears to be perfectly usable.
