This Indicator Base made by Starrett. Model number 657TW Magnetic Base with flex-o-post assembly and the fine-adjustment attachment, is in very good condition. Adjusting take up sleeve with locking nut for maintaining proper degree of post rigidity. The Post Snug has 3/8 and a 5/32 inch holes, but the design allows holding many different diameter rods. A locking lever tightens the internal steel cable to make the post rigid and lock it in position. The magnetic base number 657P has a push button on/off switch, flex-o-post includes adjusting take-up sleeve, post snug, locking Lever, and the magnetic base.

For auction is a MHC drop indicator.001" and 0-1" travel. Very good condition. Also included is a Shars magnetic base. The only thing wrong with the magnetic base is its missing one of the plastic handles that fits over the hex nut(see picture) Finally I'm including a Marcy Tool Company 3 joint axial indicator holder in very good condition. Mitutoyo mag. base with Yuasa dial indicator Here is a premium. Precision set-up from tow highly respected names in the precision tools arena. 1) MITUTOYO No.7010S Magnetic Base. Yes the box does have tape on it and the box shows wear. But I can assure you, it appears the base basically sat in the box unused as there are no signs of wear. Some of the original factory applied cosmoline/rust preventative is still on base. NO OWNER ENGRAVINGS/ETCHINGS or writing on anything. The original hammered green enamel put this in the 70s. Grade a strong 9 on a 1-10 scale with 10 being new. 2) YUASA No.300-005 1 inch Dial Indicator. Graduated.001. ALL contacts are NEW. There is a previous owner name engraved on the side. Other than that it functions and looks new. If you have under a 3 feedback score you MUST ask me permission to bid on this item. If ... morenot I will cancel your bid. I am sorry I have to do this.
