All I know about this tool is what information it gives me on the box and the instrument itself. It appears to be an older model and looks in very good condition. IT WILL NOT TURN ON. I am sure it needs a new battery and I assume it works just fine. It comes in its original case however does not have any paperwork with it. Calibrated by the inspection department at my work, and well taken care of before they were accidentally dropped. The rack is now seized and the dial does not move.
