The tires are fine and it has no known leaks or damages. Here is a Hyster S30A propane powered forklift with a triple mast. The width is designed to be 34 1/2" so it can fit through a standard 36" wide personnel door. The front tires on this one are a little wider than that so they will have to be cut down on a lathe or replaced with the correct sized ones to fit through a door. The mast in the down position is 72" The max lift is 13 ft. It runs. Drives, and lifts good. The brakes are marginal. The parking brake works but it doesn't go into neutral when actuated. The neutral switch or wiring needs attention. There is a hydraulic fluid leak near the left side front wheel. It is probably from the tilt cylinder. But I am not sure. It is mostly noticeable when setting unused. This is a rare. Narrow lift that nobody makes anymore. This is a Allis-Chalmers forklift model ACC-40-PS Type G. Serial# is AJ881547. The Mast serial# is D7SJ 378. The Mast catalog# is 4854760. The listed weight is 7280 lbs. It's fuel is gasoline. The 3 stage Mast goes from 83" to 186" fully extended. It has Side Shift and Tilt with Power Steering and Automatic Transmission. The 4 cylinder engine fires right up and runs fine. It has a fresh tune-up with Cap/Rotor/Points/Plugs. This lift has been family owned and garaged inside with very light use the last 15 years. The main problem is leaking mast cylinders which haven't been a problem really until recently the volume of leakage is too great to use the lift without repairing right now because of the mess it makes. Nissan 60 Triple Stage Lift with Sideshift Marketed by the USA Company Allis Chalmers. Exact same lift that you will see marketed as Nissan. Has Nissan four cylinder gas motor that is currently set up to run on unleaded gas but you can change it over to propane pretty easy if that is what you want. This lift has been my best most useful tool for a long time and I hate to sell it but I have leased the building I have it in and I need to sell it. I purchased the lift from the State of Arkansas if memory serves correct about eight or nine years ago. Being state owned it was on a maintenance program and most likely never worked a full day the whole time it was there. Little over 4700 actual hours on the clock. Turn the key and it starts right up. only thing I have had to do to it besides oil changes is put a new battery on it.
