TCM 5000# Electric Forklift with Shuttle 36 Volt & 220V Charger Included
Very nice 5000# TCM forklift that has been in my warehouse. Has shuttle shift side to side. 36" forks, turtle and power speeds, excellent brakes, good tires, no hydraulic leaks, 220V charger included. I've owned it for about 4 years, Thought I had a relay problem, turned out to be a weak battery as the acid got low and would not do anything except surface charge, I noticed that the charger seemed to run for just a short time but did not put two and two together. This was causing the lift to run slower than usual and stop because the battery would drain rather fast. My mechanic replaced the needed acid and she operates like she did when I first bought her. There was no dark acid or anything to indicate a dead cell so I feel the battery will be good to go. I can assist in the loading, but will not deliver. This sale is for a lift that we just got in and seems to be in good useable condition. This is a TCM Forklift which uses propane and is designed to handled loads of 3.000# or less. The forklift comes with a 3-phase shifter(up and down, forward tilt and back, and side to side. The lift has separate brake and gas pedals. Their are a total of 6,115 service hours used on this lift. The lift has one hydraulic leak in the front but it is a very inexpensive fix. All the tires are good as shown by the pictures. Their are some rust spots on the unit, if I were going to keep it I would sand them off and get me a gallon of oil paint($15- $20) and repaint it using a small roller and brush. The listing is for a 2000 Lb. capacity TCM Forklift. I'm not sure about the year model. This lift was in use. And ran well up until three years ago, when a forklift with larger capacity was required for the job. It has been sitting in the shedded part of our yard with a tarp on it since then.
