I was told when we bought this that the boom was replaced and brand new in 2004. The original color was a fire color orange which faded through out the years since it has been stored outside. The faded color, little surface rust, and a tear in the seat is all that is wrong with this. Although, it's probably due for an oil change, tune up, filters, etc. I've had it looked at by two different mechanics and they both advised the engine sounds good. The only serious problem is the hydraulic system leaks fluid at both lift cylinders. The mast raise and lowers smoothly. The chains are all good. But it will slowly creep down. I was advised the lift cylinder seals have failed and the cylinders ... moreneed to be repacked. Bring some absorbent pads to catch the leaking fluid so it doesn't make a mess during transit. Obviously this is a used truck. So expect signs of previous usage. Scrapes, scratches, etc Below are some things I noticed by doing a quick look-over of the unit: The headlights work fine. BUT they're currently disconnected. The screw-on headlight push/pull switch cracked and fell off some time ago. The coolant reservoir cap is missing. There is no battery in the truck. I've been temporarily using a car battery to start it. Which is not included. I've described the condition to the best of my ability and noted all major defects and explained the issues with the hydraulics. As with any equipment of this nature. This will be an as-is sale. Yale 10k forklift fork lift propane powered
I bought this lift and turns out it will not work for my needs. It is a Yale propane powered forklift with 10k capacity and 72" forks. The lift runs great and the only problem I know of is it has a small hydraulic leak in the mast area I just haven't taken the time to diagnose it since it is a very small leak. Brakes work great as well and it has side shift. It does have a set of scales on board that work but I do not know if they are calibrated. This unit does not come with a propane tank. I do have one I can use to load it for you but it does not come with the lift. This is for local pickup only. I will assist in shipping in any way I can with all costs paid by the buyer.
