CATERPILLAR (CAT) Forklift GC25 w/ #5000lb lifting capacity
I am selling(I believe to be) an early 90 Caterpillar forklift that has a#5000lb lifting capacity. I have only had it for about 1 1/2 yrs. and it has served me well. I never had a problem with it. It was purchased from a granite counter top guy off of Craigslist. So I do not know a whole lot about the machine. But this is what I know: The good: The machine starts right up all of the time. Never had a problem. It runs well. All hydraulics work great. No leaks with the engine or hydraulic system. Triple stage mast and side shift all work well. The bad: The tires in the front are getting quite low and should be replaced. The ugly: Paint is faded(does not look like original) Has plenty of dents, dings, scratches, scuffs, chips, and whatever else you would expect from. This type of machine at this age. Lights are a bit broken up and do not work. ... moreThe seat is worn and could use a replacement. I have not used the unit that much. It was only used around 3-4 a month to unload trucks. I am selling it because I bought a New Holland machine. And I will be getting the forks along with that machine. The unit weights approx. 8800lbs.
