These delicate little feathers are about 2 to 4 inches long. They are from a grey francolin. A partridge like bird that is native to India and Pakistan, and was introduced to the Hawaiian islands. Included are 19 tail feathers, 17 right wing feathers, 14 left wing feathers, 42 barred shoulder and back feathers, and 34 striped breast feathers. They are legal to sell because this bird is NOT on the list of protected migratory bird species.
