Large 3" rollers, the top one look's like it has been turned down alittle for most it's lenght I don't know why perhaps for a special use application but it shouldn't interfere for most general purpose use. Pneuform PB600 2-Axis. This machine can bend tube. Wire and Flat stock. Maximum wire capacity is 1/4" diameter. This is the only machine that Pneuform built that can bend flat stock. We use this to manufacture flower pot brackets for the inside or outside of the home. I loaded examples of our flat stock which is from our line of flower pot brackets. This machine was designed to form any series of parts in repeating order. You can see 3 pieces of bent flat stock that the machine makes for a flower pot bracket. Each of the 3 pieces can be made in that order so that when they come off the machine a person can put each piece in a jig and weld it together to make one complete bracket. Patterns. Wood blocks, and guaging tools fabricated for use on one Thatcher CX4 home built aircraft. All patterns were drafted on white poster paper. The patterns for the wood blocks were adhered to 1/2 inch plywood(solid red oak for the primary wing ribs) cut, beveled and finished. Wood block pairs are aligned together with wood 1/4" dowels, dowels are included, cutting pattern adhered to one of the pairs and block edge beveled to achieve 90 deg flange bend. Set includes sheet metal cutting patterns drafted on white poster paper and carefully cut to shape. Also included are gauging tools made for obscure rivet lines and airframe assembly alignment(large assembly jigs are not included) All patterns& blocks are marked and tools made in accordance with the Thactcher CX4 plan set and instructions.
