Up for sale is a piece of vintage equipment by the General Radio Company of Concord Massachusetts. It is a Unit Oscillator Type 1208-C as pictured. It is marked 65- 500 Megacycles. All knobs. Controls& connections are undamaged& clean. This piece has a special power cord plug. NOTE: we sold a power supply from the same estate sale that has a receptacle that accepted this plug. We think these two went together. But are not sure. That power supply put out 6.3 volts AC and 300 volts DC and we GUESS that that is the input needed for this unit, but are not certain, so we did not try to power it up. The patent number on this unit was issued in 1951.
