Hewlett Packard 654A Test Oscillator Calibrated 2012
Frequency output seems to be accurate as measured on an oscilloscope. It was run through various frequencies across the range of the instrument and they checked out accurate with good sinusoidal waveforms. I did not do any more testing as I do not have a manual for it. Up for sale is a Vintage Rare Hewlett Packard 1 MC Oscillator Model 101A for Parts and Repair. We did not have a way to power on this unit so it may or may not function correctly. It was pulled from a cabinet and has rack mount ears with handles. There is some rust. Metal erosion, scuffs, scratches, stains, and general wear due to age but overall the oscillator is in decent physical condition. A power cord is not included. Designed specifically to be the time ... morebase for HP 5275A Electronic Time Interval Counters. The high precision capabilities and low cost of HP 101A made it useful for many other applications as well. This 1 MC oscillator can be used directly to obtain increased accuracy from counters such as HP 523C/D.
