This is a VERY NICE DELFIELD COMMERCIAL BUFFET STEAM TABLE. It is made out out Stainless Steel. And does not look to me like it has been used much at all. The Stainless is hardly scratched, and it works just like it should. It has 5(FIVE) separate compartment for food items to be kept. It is 32 inches wide, FRONT TO BACK) but with the folding shelf for sliding product on, it is a total of 41 inches wide. Only(FOUR) 4 compartments are heated. The total length is 96 inches( 8 FEET) Notice that the long shelf does fold down. As in picture# 4. You can see that there are(4) thermostats and switches in one location for easy setting or just turning off. It is 120/208 volts a/c for commercial use. This item is located in Houston, Texas. It looks almost like a cake pan for baking but we are unsure how it was used exactly. It has a very pretty dragon etched onto it's side. It is made of brass with wooden handles. It has a nice antique patina and has not been cleaned. It is in good condition with little wear for it's age. It measures about 11 inches tall and is about 13 inches wide at it's widest point.
