Two Broaster 1600s. Both in good condition. One is missing the temperature knob, I have a replacement located and will ship it directly to whoever wins this auction. Consider the missing knob part of the deal. I bought these two with the intention of using them in my little food truck. But they just draw too many amps for my generator. These units are best suited in a brick and mortar restaurant and will need to be wired in by an electrician or a competent handyman. They are three phase, but my understanding is that of you only have 1 phase power(which is common) you can pick up a converter on Ebay for about a hundred bucks.
