As you can see by the below photo, it is in good to very good condition. This is not the current model Wolf, but it is a very heavy duty unit and it is probably made better than the current model. Viking VGIC485-4GQ 48 in. Gas Kitchen Range
We have recently moved into our new home and found that our Viking ensemble will not fit into our recently re-modeled kitchen without"significant" construction. We had the Viking range. Hood and trash compactor installed in our last home 4 years ago. For 1 year we were living out of state, so there are only 3 years of use on these units. PROFESSIONAL SERIES EXHAUST HOOD: The hood works great. I will require a large ventilation duct. Much larger than the usual residential kitchen option. The hood system does include the twin fan blower unit, heating lights and work lights- all work as they should. The lights include separate left and right dimmers and two standard heat lamps. The ventilator fan is 1200 CFM and has a variable speed control. TRASH COMPACTOR: The trash compactor works great. The professional series includes a built- ... morein charcoal filter and circulating fan. Rubbish can be introduced either through a top chute(as seen in pictures) or the large sliding drawer. VIKING RANGE: The 48 inch gas range(VGCC548-6G) and double oven is a joy to cook on. The flat-top griddle will need to be seasoned. The larger of the 2 ovens is a full convection. The unit is free standing and clean. Please see pictures, including the space under the burners. The unit does require 110V for operation of the electric burner ignitors, oven lights and convection fan. HEATING SHELF and RANGE BACK SPLASH: We are including the optional stainless steel heating shelf and backsplash(B48HS24) The house we originally installed the range was built in 1911- so storage space was a premium. We used the heating shelf primarily for our all-clad copper core cookware- the set is quite heavy. So the shelf has great strength. Viking does sell a shelf support bracket that will be needed. Somehow we left ours behind at the old house and it will not be included in the sale of the shelf system. The color combination of burgundy(BU) and brass looks fantastic with contemporary kitchen color schemes.
