The recessed tray measures 22 1/2" by 18 1/2" and heats up quickly. It comes with two brand new 250w Infrared Clear bulbs with tough coat and one used 250W Infrared Red bulb with tough coat. Brand new receptacles for the lamps have been installed and the temp select dial on the front is brand new. It shows some signs of use that can be seen in the pictures.
