BKI model LPF-FC48 pressure fryer 208V 3 phase electric Measures 18 1/2" x 37 1/2" deep x 49 1/2" high This is a nice. Clean pressure fryer. Tested and works great, including the pump. The second picture is the unit boiling water. Circulating pump system pumps filtered oil from the oil vat to the cooker by just flipping the valve lever and switching on the pump. Oil is released from the cooker into the vat to be filtered by moving the valve handle to the drain position, simple. Optional oil wand can be attached to the pump system. Has oil vat. Complete filter with pump piping, crumb tray, and condensation drip vat, which sits in front of the main oil vat not seen in pics. Has one new locking caster.
