Imperial Brand Teppanyaki Grill Commercial Grade Kitchen Equipment. NO RESERVE!
I bought this grill from a commercial kitchen reseller a couple years back. And never really had the chance to get it installed in the kitchen island like I wanted to. Now the house is being sold and the grill has to go! It's an Imperial brand grill. Made in Corona, California. The grill is a full 48" and burner is rated at 50,000 BTU. It is a teppanyaki style griddle, meaning it only has one burner. It's designed so that it cooks food at a very high heat in the center, and cooks slower along the outer edges. The grill does have a good layer dust on it at the moment, but the need for a good cleaning will probably just mean a better deal for you! The grill currently runs on propane and has a pilot light. Though I would always just light it each time, because I didn't use it often. It can be made to run on natural gas as well ... morewith a slight modification. Please note: The grill in VERY heavy. It comes in three pieces(one being the stand) But the heaviest piece, the grill top, is probably about 350 pounds. Please be prepared for this when you come to pick up! You are bidding on a SILESIA TITAN GRILL- Model T-1. Made in Germany and is a high quality grill. It comes with everything shown in the pictures and it looks as though it has never been used or if it has it was used very little. It also has the instruction booklet and all of the attachments. The only issue is the drip tray was dropped and chipped on the one corner, it is a plastic drip tray, and is just fine the way it is, or if you wanted you could order a new tray, it does not affect the machine in anyway(see picture) It runs on 120v outlet and I tested per the instruction booklet and it worked just fine. I even opened the bottom inspection door and looked inside and it was as clean as new.
