Gas bakers pride deck single oven.using in my restaurant every day
this bakers pride oven is used in a pizza restaurant making about 50 to 75 pies a day. I am only selling because I bought another restaurant that has ovens already in place. I am not going to put all the model numbers and etc on this add at this time because I am not at the restaurant at this time but I can get them. it is a single deck oven with 2 stones one stone is cracked but not enough that it has effected the pizza and I do put the pies directly on the stone. It is gas and I think it is about 4 feet in length and about 4 feet deep. I can easily fir 4 16inch pies in the oven and once with room to spare for Stromboli or small pizza.
