L. S. Starrett Co. No. 221 one inch micrometer in case with wrench. Also, be the only guy in your shop with the cool L. S. Starrett miniature machinist clamp, No. 161-b. The clamp has knurled screws to adjust but they also have small holes through them to tighten with a pin. The micrometer appears to be hard chrome finish. The clamp is blue steel. Both excellent. These 2 Starrett No. 161-D clamps are in near mint condition. Also included is a near mint copy of Bulletin# 110. Issue 7, dated 11-1-77. The clamps came in the original box and packing bag and were still coated to prevent rust. Thumb screws heads and threads are pristine. I labeled them as"used" because of a few faint scratches that may have come from use- or possibly just being tossed around in the box for so long. But no claim is being made that these are new since the packing bag was not sealed. Clamps work smoothly. Priced to sell with a low opening bid and free shipping! Up for your consideration VINTAGE. 2) TWO L.S. Starrett Company No. 161-C Parallel Toolmakers-Machinist Clamps. They are 3 INCH MODEL. MADE BY L.S. Starrett Company. Of Athol. Mass. Overall condition is great for such a old gently used tools. Jaws are still nice and sharp and adjust open and close normally. No hammer markings from using the tool as a hammer. It has your normal minimal surface rust, scrapes and bruises from all those many years of gentle use. Some of the surface markings, and dirt will clean off but, I will leave that to you. There is no identification markings in the tool, except what it came with. Please study the photos and judge for yourself. L.S. Starrett Toolmakers Parallel Clamp No.161-C and a Starrett outside caliper
The clamp is great shape. The outside caliper has a bit of wear but works fine still. the tips of it have been sharpened a little and the is an engraved number over the sterrett logo on one side. the small knobs spreads the caliper open in very small amounts.

loose pair of vintage machinist parallel clamps. Model 161-A, 11/4" opening, made by LS Starrett Co. Athol, Mass, USA. does not have box. I have another listing for a pair that do have box. These are from the estate of a friend. These were his fathers tools, he was a machinist for the military/ defense department from the 1940's-1960's. nice condition, appears a little surface oxidation probably from being boxed up in his shop for 30 years. they work perfectly. shipping flat $5. see my other listings for more items from this estate.
