This is a great fishing combo as a back up or easily added to your main arsenal. Ponds, rivers, whatever you choose. The reel, Shimano Chronarch 100 BSV which is no longer made and highly sought after. This reel has quite a bit of boat rash but casts like a dream still.it's a very smooth reel and what you would expect from a high end Shimano. The rod is one you wont find many of these days.
