Vintage Pflueger Supreme #1573 Level Wind Casting Reel w/ Box, Bag, Tool, Caps
This is a vintage Pflueger#1573 Supreme quadruple multiplying. Level-wind, bait casting reel. The reel is in excellent unrestored condition except for the rubber caps on the handle, which are dried and cracked. This reel comes with the box, 2 extra rubber caps for the handles, instructions, reel bag, and tool. The handle and level-wind move smoothly and the clicker is strong. One side plate is tear drop shape and 2 1/2" long. The other side plate is 2 1/4" in diameter. The box has been taped considerably and is solid as a result although most of the graphics are now covered. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Vintage Sears Level wind Casting Reel Made in Japan
This is a vintage Sears level wind casting reel. It is made in Japan. And on the bottom stamped 248-3112. It is used and has vintage wear. It reels a little rough and bouncy, I think this might be because the line guide needs oiling. Sometimes the line guide stays at one side for a few rotations before going back towards the other end. The anti-reverse doesn't seem to be working. When I apply the knob, the reel still reels forward and backward. I have described this reel to the best of my ability. Please email with questions.
