It is a Latham Monitor model and perfs about a 31 inch strip the same round holes that vintage postage stamps are. it works about 4/5ths of the time. some times it creates chads hanging perfs but I think if someone fusses with it they can get pretty good use out of it. I also have about 500 sheets of dry gummed semi gloss printing paper. 25 inches by 18 I think I can see the sealed ream but it is buried under other paper right now. Last. Since they don't make them any more I bought just before they stopped making ... morethem a replacement set of punch pins. they look like small nails and are easily replaced but I have not done it yet. I'd appreciate your passing this info around looking for a artstamp person who may want it. It will fit in a van takes two people to lift it and two hefty men to horse it up and down stairs. Obviously, you'd need to set it for your application, but I'm sure a church, school or small print shop could use one of these.
