It is in overall fair condition with some evident scratches and other wear but nothing appears to be cosmetically broken. The feed chute cover does not like to stay closed though and will have to be tightened/replaced but it comes with it's parts as pictured. It does power on and the counter has not been touched. It has all of it's toggles and buttons and the setting tabs move up and down mechanically when it is adjusted. The motor sounds like it runs smooth but the problem is it will not feed.
