2006 Duplo Esper DC-2021 Collator 20+1 bins $4500
This collator will collate and insert up to 20 different sized pieces and place them into a bifolded wrap. We collated up to 37 pieces into our mailer by using two passes. This unit allowed me to go from about 260 employee hours for a production run of 35.000 sets to 36 hours running it myself.
