Graphic Whizard Numbering Machine Model K
We have replaced this unit with a new one. This machine works fine but has two issues. The two issues with it are that the numbering head will not let you drop the first two digits so it will only number 6 digits. Some of our customers are picky and do not want the 2 zeros to prefix their number. We needed a little more speed also. The other issue is some of the rollers are a little worn. It works great as is though. It is a table top model. I have seen information that says you can add the perforation parts to this and it will perf and number in one pass. We are willing to put it on a pallet and ship it. But we would quote freight on an individual basis. Please don't hesitate to send questions. I will put a fixed price of $250.00 to ship it. This Unit works fine but has a couple of minor problems. I listed it as not working(which it does) THIS IS NOT A PARTS MACHINE. Our Print Shop used this machine daily. 1. The air pump on the bottom of cart is missing a couple of springs behind the knobs therefore the pump is always on high mode. 2. The machine is designed to make multiple scores in one pass but this machine only will do one at a time. for multiple scores paper must be feed in for every different crease) 3. the dial needs to be calibrated so if you fold 11" in half and set the electronic dial to 5.5 the fold will not be in the middle. It might be 4.75 for example. This machine is in good working condition. There is a working UV bulb and two working IR heating elements installed. Overall it is in good shape. But does have some minor cosmetic issues. The machine shows typical wear from normal use. There are some scratches, scuffs, and chips in paint on the exterior casing. The conveyor belt has a strip of UV coat residue that runs along the rear edge of the belt. The belt is connected by a metal rod, but the rear portion of the belt has started to fray where it connects to the rod. This portion of the belt has the most UV coat residue caked onto it and is shown in photos. The belt still works fine, but will probably have to be replaced in the near future.
