This collator will collate and insert up to 20 different sized pieces and place them into a bifolded wrap. We collated up to 37 pieces into our mailer by using two passes. This unit allowed me to go from about 260 employee hours for a production run of 35.000 sets to 36 hours running it myself. The DC-8/32 Explained. The DC-8/32 is a suction feed floor standing vertical collator designed to cope with the wide range of demands that today’s printers face. It offers eight collating bins as standard. These are a great combination for a small shop or nonprofit organization. We did some basic testing and all the functions appear to work well. Duplo 10000s booklet making system, 10 bin collator, stitcher, trimmer, stacker
here is a complete booklet mKing system. First there's a duplo 10000s 10 bin air feed collator. The unit can easily handle 12 x 18 sheets of paper from 17 pound to the heaviest of covers. Then the booklet is automatically transported to the stitching unit. Model number 48-st. The stitcher is fed by roll staple stock. The once the booklet is stapled then it's moved to the folding unit. Where the book is folded in half. The folder's model number is 48-f. The the folds stapled booklet is sent down to the trimmer where the edge is trimmed to a nice clean smooth edge. Then the book is ejected to a conveyor where they are stacked. Also included but not show is a stacking unit which allows you to collate and staple books with a corner staple only. Like a info pack of ten sheets with a corner staple, I used that unit maybe a handful of ... moretimes the rest of the time it sat in the corner. Also there is a auxiliary cover inserted. Say you have 10 inset pages and a cover or 11 or more sheets then drop them into the auxiliary inserted and it will add them to what comes out of the collator and stitch and fold and trim the whole lot at once. This is a great smooth running system. It is listed for parts not working since I have had problems it's ebayers claiming not as described if a screw is missing here or there. Will this system run absolutely. Might their be a screw or nut missing here or there after it's shipped possibly. Will you be satisfied with this unit absolutely. Also included are all the manuals. The unit will be decommissioned by the selling, maintaining dealer and prepped for shipping by them, the unit was last used in mid October and is ran smoothly as it should. I am closing down a location and the excess inventory and equipment needs to be liquidated. I paid over 60k for this unit new.
