A heat control dial, the knob is missing but you can still turn it. there is also an independent on/off switch for the heat, cutting time control knob and power switch. there are no instructions. But you set the heat, dial in the number of cuts, dial in length and you are good to go. there is no feeding stand for the web. it has been tested and works. It looks a little dirty and could probably use a cleaning. this is a real time saver for cutting large quantities of webbing
