HP 7585B Drafting Pen Plotter - Fully Operational
This is a fully operational HP 7585B technical pen plotter. I have been using it on and off during the last year and it operates flawlessly. The"wave" drawing in the photos was made with the plotter for sale. These plotters were used in the 1990s as the top-of-the-line output device for precision technical and architectural drawings. This plotter can handle media such as paper and vellum in sizes from a standard 8.5 by 11 inches(A size) up to 34 by 44 inches(E size) This plotter has both HP-IB and RS-232(PC serial) interfaces. I have only used it in RS-232 mode. Connected to a PC's serial port. The unit includes a power cord. An accessory tray(shown) as well as extra pen carousels and some pens. No other items are included, no laptop, nothing else. The unit does not come with any software. You will have to locate and install ... moredrivers for your own PC. I have been using it from a desktop PC with Windows 8 but I will not be able to provide any software to the buyer. You will need a program that outputs HPGL, the language these plotters understand. While the unit is fully operational I cannot provide any warranty as these plotters are now discontinued and the manufacturer does not provide any support or service. This is a self-contained air purifier for Solvent and Eco-Solvent Printers so that you do not need a ventilation system. It is designed for the HP 8000/ 9000/ 10000 but I'd guess it would work for any printer that has hoses off of the printer for fumes. This in is perfect condition and in perfect working order. We bought a used HP DesignJet 8000s and this came with it. It works perfectly but we have a ventilation system and do not need it. It is extremely heavy(I'd guess 300 lbs +) and for pick-up ONLY- I will NOT ship it but if you want to have a service pick it up. I'll gladly assist them.

This is a USED Teledyne Rotolite SL 48/25F Blueprint Machine. You can easily feed 36" wide sheets into the throat and still have room on the sides if you don't get it in straight. I bought it used it for $1000. It worked like a champ during my lite printing loads. It worked fine before I wrapped it in shrink wrap, however I CAN NOT guarantee that nothing has changed since that time. Now it's just taking up too much space in my basement and my wife wants me to get rid of it. I don't really want to go through the hassle of shipping it, but maybe we can work something out.
