We purchased this printer used about 5 years ago. And it came in a box with some shipping damage that we pictured. The casing cracked/chipped in a couple places. The printing functions work well, black and white and all colors print properly and clearly. The partially used ink cartridges and partially used roll of paper are included. There is a problem with the paper feed. After a print job, the paper is sliced off, and then the fresh paper often pops out of the rollers, so that someone has to feed it back in manually to get ready for the next print job. This'nursing' is time consuming so our office purchased a new printer. For occasional large format printing this printer may be acceptable as long as someone is ok babysitting the paper feed, but it is time consuming for a multi-user environment or someone that does not want to tinker ... morewith paper feeding. It is missing it's wire catches along the frame and is parallel interface only; no USB. There are cartridges installed but I believe they are mostly empty save the black which reads as full. The cartridges and ink nozzles/ print heads condition is not known nor is the total page count. We tried using a different roll of paper than that specified and could not get it to print anything. There is a network card installed but it is not tested either. The parallel port works and my computer picked it up right away but you will have to watch for driver incompatibility(we were using Vista and could not find an effective driver for it) Above are some ... morescreen shots and the cartridge carriage moved back and forth with no issues. Ok. The buttons light up, but the display panel doesn't for some reason. It will load paper, and get ready to print, but I can't operate the printer because I can't see anything on the display panel. Not sure how big of a fix to get the display panel lighting up again. 3 new still packaged rolls of paper( 22" x 150' 20 lb 2" Core Inkjet Bond C120IJ 442870) and 2 extra paper spools come with the plotter/ printer. Along with 2 extra paper holders, as shown in the later pictures. The paper and extra spools would cost you about $70 on here. So you're looking at $80 for the printer. This auction is for one used Hewlett Packard DesignJet 750C Plus Model C4709A color printer. I am selling this for a friend. His parents closed the doors to their local business and retired last year. This printer has been sitting in storage since then. I powered it up and everything seems to be working. It runs a diagnostic test and then reads"READY" on the display screen. They said that they never had any problems with it. With that being said. Used HP DesignJet 110Plus plotter. Has paper roll option installed. Unit worked the last time I used it but it is being sold as is or for parts. Missing trays and cover. The EIO port stopped working with the network card I had. Maybe it would work with a different one. I printed to it fine with a usb cable. Haven't used it in a while so I don't know the status of the printheads or ink. I replaced the printhead service station a few years ago.
