This is a Roland CJ-500 that has been converted to an SC-500. It has front& rear heaters with built in temperature controllers. It is running on Roland OEM Eco-SOL Max inks and has never used 3rd party inks. This printer is in excellent condition and has perfect test prints. All of the main components were changed out when it was converted so the print heads have seen very little use. It currently only has 716 print hours on it and it had roughly 500 when it was converted) This is a hybrid machine that can be used as just a printer. Mutoh Valuejet 1304 54" printer
You are bidding on a Mutoh Valujet 54" 1304 printer. We bought this printer brand new in December of 2008 from Signwarehouse. The printer still works and prints it just shows black nozzles missing during the nozzle check. The diagnosis was that it needs a new print head to cure the black nozzle issue. I know that it is powered on. I did do a test print and only two of the heads produced ink. A good cleaning should let us know more. However I recently(yesterday) had back surgery and really not in shape to really go through it. I've replaced two of the print heads in the past, but that was about 3 years ago. I have a tech manual that I printed out as well. I expect if you are looking at this you know more about the technical aspects than I do. I can repair these. We are selling our used JV3-130SPII Printer. We purchased this printer from Brian Hendricks at Pioneer Supply Company new and have used it in our shop since 2006. Brian has been the only person to service this machine from day one and he looked over the machine when he installed our new JV33-130. It has no missing nozzles in the test draw as you can see in the picture and very minor deflections. It will come with the remaining inks in the machine and the 4 extra cartridges pictured unless the yellow needs to be replaced with the new one. We are no longer using the machine. 2011 Mutoh Value Jet 54" Digital Printer With Auto Take Up Reel
This printer was purchased in September of 2011 for our small sign company. The warranty was the standard two year. It has been a great printer for us but we are upgrading to a leased 1324 with a four year service contract because in four years we are hoping to sell and retire! It is inevitable that any printer will eventually need some service but if one is located in a major city the repair is never as costly. With us located in Whitney the service call is awful as we saw when we needed service on our first printer bought very used- a falcon II outdoor! Prior to it's being pulled from service it was flushed out of all inks and serviced for storage by an Oce tech. It is a 6 color machine CMYK LC LM. New Ink can be purchased from Nazdar. Roland SP-540V is a 54" eco-solvent printer/cutter using CMYK inks. Machine has been run approximately 2-3 hours each day. We have had factory technicians do the maintenance and repairs. Includes Versaworks RIP software. Excellent for those cutting vinyl and doing printing. Very capable of doing runs of die-cut printed labels. We purchased new in late 2007; this model was discontinued in March of 2007. We added a bulk ink system several years ago to reduce our ink cost and it works great; our cost for ink went from $85 for a 440ml cartridge to $45 for a 500ml bottle. It's one and only owner was a State Run Facility in Ohio called Ability works that exists primarily to provide jobs for the mentally handicap. Because the machine was owned by the state. They not only paid over $60,000.00, but they had opted for the additional motorized take up reel which is great when printing vinyl, several sets of Ink, cords, solvents, even a backup part that accepts the ink and releases it into the machine(I forget the name of that particular part) Also. They once had the UV curing bulb burn out so they bought 4, so it comes with 3 extras(Only the state throws money around like that) They also had a service contract which included a weekly visit from a Tech to make sure everything was 100% They had that service contract because they only ... moreused it about once a week, and didn't want any issues with ink drying up. For all these reasons I'd say this printer lived a very pampered life. If you look at the pictures. You'll see the machine looks practically brand new. The previous manager of the facility that owned it showed me a video of it printing a large run of vinyl. The reason I saw the video is they had their service tech remove all ink and flush with solvent. I have not run any prints because I primarily run the Edge printer and don't have the room. Just before I took pictures. I powered it up. Runs very quietly. Only 2 issues to mention. After I powered it up it gave me a error about the pinch wheel not being properly aligned. My 52" Gerber Odyssey plotter has the same keypad and has given me similar errors in the past. It was just a adjustment to the size of material in the machine. I don't believe it's anything more than that, but I don't know the machine enough to say with certainty. The only other negative is I couldn't fit the flatbed tables in my truck. That was used by a Liquor Distributor to make signage they sent out for display at their various Liquor store customers. It served the previous owner quite well.
