Which we believe indicates the lense needs cleaned or realigned. Pressing'enter' to continue has worked in every case so far. Printer DOES print some in some in every color(see printout below) except light magenta. And probably due to needing new print heads and/ or ink. We are not going to open brand new print heads for testing. Might also need new print head cleaners. We don't ... moreknow how to tell when they need to be replaced. This printer was working great up to about a week ago. The magenta printhead has gone bad and has air in the Ink System. The tube end to the magenta ink is broken off. It will need a new ink system which runs about $250. I am upgrading to a different printing system and am not willing to put the money into this one. If you know these printers they are easy to work on and someone could repair and have a fully functional printer with some time and money. I will take offers as well so shoot me a message.
