Mimaki JV3-160 SP 63" Wide Format Solvent Printer NEEDS HEADS not roland mutoh
This printer is being sold as is and is also for sale locally. I will part out or consider trades for name brand vinyl cutters. This unit was working before the previous owner bought a new printer and left this one unplugged. It will need new heads or someone who can possibly recover these heads. The printer turns on. Both pumps cycle, it reads media, the heaters work, etc. etc. I believe everything else to be in working order. It comes with take up reel. Bulk ink system, cables, operators manual, and everything else you see pictured. NO RIP. I soaked the heads& tried to clear them up but haven't had much luck. Checking the machine's Embedded Web Server, we found that it only has between 12 and 13,000 square feet of printing, the equivalent of less than 20 rolls of 54" x 150' vinyl! That is very light for a 2-year old machine. The original date of invoice on this unit was 6/27/12. It was checked out by an HP Latex Certified technician at the time and is ready to go! He has gone through the machine to verify its condition and found it to be in excellent condition as described. It has some scratches on top of one of the covers.
