It was in working condition when removed and has never been outside. Everything looks great and the controller is in nice shape. The sheath for the controller cable could be replaced and the ribbon cable looks good. Up for your consideration is a Yale air hoist. It has a roller chain with 10' of lift. A rocker switch for rope pull, and a swivel hook. It is in good working condition, but the tags have been damaged beyond the point of being readable, so I am not sure of the weight rating. Judging by the size, it is probably between 1/4 ton and 1 ton. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other tools and equipment that I currently have listed.
