We plugged it in and hooked the bottom hook onto the" Hoyer" lift that is shown in the pictures(Not included in this auction) It proceeded to bend the darn hanging bracket on the Hoyer without even trying. So we then hooked the little concrete block on to show that it does lift. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS TYPE OF TOOL. IS BEING SOLD AS IS We hear NO growling.
