PENDING PT-391. The two metal hooks read; CROSBY-LAUGHLIN. Crank wood handle clockwise the heavy strap goes up. Counter clockwise strap goes down. Very easy to use. I cranked all the way down and there is about 10 foot of strap. Strap is very srong with no cuts or damage. The strap measures 1 3/4 inches wide. Hoist weighs about 8 pounds.
