CM LODESTAR 1/2 TON Model F ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST 208-220/440/480V 3PH
Thanks for looking at this auction. This 1/2 ton electric chain hoist is in good condition. I hooked it up and made a small video of it running up/down. I would prefer local pickup but I will ship to the lower 48 states in USA only. This hoist runs fine. It has been brought to my attention that the control pendant doesn't match the same age as the motor. This looks as though the pickle style controller has been replaced at some point. This control pendant control wiring is the 4 wire(up/dn/power/ground) type that is used in the newer motors. The wiring diagram on the inside has a date code of 1994. The contactor has 1997 on it. I would say this motor is at least 1997, maybe slightly newer. The contactor is the type that allows the motor to work inverted, I.E- like they do in the entertainment industry for lifting lighting and speakers ... moreclusters. This motor could easily be modified with new chain(65ft) and new pigtail and be used for this purpose. I added a new picture to show the contactor. It is an'end' view. Up for sale is a 2 ton CM Lodestar 110V chain hoist. It has the 20ft chain. And can do 8ft. per minute. It is model(R) and plugs into any normal outlet. The hoist has a 2013 manufacturer date on it as you can see from both the sticker on the hoist as well as the test report from the factory. So it couldn't have been used too much. Cosmetically it is in fabulous condition. I got it from a business that was closing. So I don't know much about it other than it powered up when I plugged it in. You will have to attach the hook and chain basket when you receive it. But all the hardware is there to do so. It looks like they were never put on in the first place.
