Budgit 3 Phase Hoist 1 ton capacity with Two'I' beam trolleys and hoist trolley This hoist was in use in a metal working shop that went out of business. It requires 220 volt. 3 phase power for operation. It has a capacity of 1 ton. The chain that it lifts with is at least 12 feet long. Possibly 14 inch total. The hoist has a lifting speed of 16 feet per minute. It is not pictured but the hoist will also come with approximately 25 feet of a very heavy gauge 3 phase wir e to reach your intended power source. The distance between wheels on the trolley is 4 1/2 inches. It looks like they were made to ride on a 4 inch wide i beam. The wheel distance on the trolley carriage is similar although it can be adjusted by installing or removing washers. Heavy Duty Gantry Crane (overhead hoist)
This overhead hoist was built for me by a metal fab company so I could lift the body of the frame of my car. It is all steel and very heavy duty. The dimensions are as follows; Overhead Cross Beam is 10 feet long. 12 inches tall, and 4 inches wide. The uprights are 10 feet tall and are 4 inches square beam 1/4 inch thick. The base I Beams are 8 Feet long, 8 1/2 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide. The trolley is 1 ton, with a 1 ton chain hoist. The assemby rolls on 4 casters that are 6 inches tall and has brakes. I added reinforcements in the upper corners that bolt to the cross beam and uprights. Also supported by 5/16 cable and large turnbuckles for even more support. This crane weighs approximately 1,000 lbs. Can be assembled in one hour with two people.

Paint booths, loading doors etc. They are designed to roll on an overhead I-beam(not included) They have no markings for me to research in order the find the specs as far as capacity goes, but I have used them in conjunction with a Come-Along cable hoist for years to lift large car engines in some cases with the tranny still attached and they have never failed.
