I believe the brake assembly on the motor side is missing and the transformer is wired for 110v. Basically the 220v to 24v transformer in the unit was replaced with a 110v to 24v transformer to power the hand controls. This maybe the issue with this unit but I have not gotten deep enough into the wiring to diagnose it. Up operates perfect but down sticks sometimes as you can see in the video.
