It has a 15.000 lbs capacity and a lifting speed of 8 ft per minute. It is powered by two 3.5 KW(4.6 HP) electric motors. It comes with a snatch block lifting hook. A mounting hook, a 20 feet long pendant controller, a 30 foot long power cable, and two chain catch bags. The Pendant controller controls include on/off and the up/down chain travel. The hoist operates on 460V. 60Hz, 3 Phase AC power. Also included is a storage container where the hoist can hang on and two wireless remotes with transmitter. I am not sure what is wrong with it as everything I checked seems ok. The pendant is right at 10 feet long and the lift is around 15 feet. This unit is currently wired for 230v 3 phase but can be converted to 460v easily. If you have any questions at all please feel free to ask.
