Maybe only needing a new fuse? I turn this on and off and parts of the LCD screen flash, but it does not stay lit. It goes black after a second. SO i cant assure you this will work perfectly, you may need to do some tweeking. This is why i offering this for such a good deal. Because it is AS-IS.
